We allow you to close by the means you feel most comfortable with and that your budget will allow. Closing costs and transfer fees are paid by the buyer.

Options available to you are as follows:

Direct closing - between seller and buyer
Escrow Only - Money is handled by licensed bonded third party
Closing Package - Full closing, escrow, title transfer, estoppel, resort notification done by licensed/bonded third party
Title Insurance is sold separately and is generally available from the closing company you select.

You select the level of service you want and any preference regarding closing company and we'll initiate the transfer.
